WINEMAKING PROCESS:
Grapes are harvested
during the month of
September. They are later
fermented in Stainless
Steel and then aged for
nine months in French Oak,
25% of which are new
barrels, and the rest are
second use.

RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY
AND PETALUMA GAP,
SONOMA COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
Varietal Composition:
100% PINOT NOIR
Tasting Notes:
Notes of fresh raspberries,
ripe cherry and black
plums. Hints of toast from
the oak ageing. On the
palate the wine is round
and subtle with well
-integrated tannins and
great acidity and long
finish. Great ageing
potential.
Great wine to pair with
soft cheeses, pastas,
risottos and poultry
dishes.
